The Hercules Protocol™

Sculpting as Cognitive Resistance Training

Classroom Pilot

The Hercules Protocol™ is a structured cognitive training system using clay-based sculpting. Through increasing levels of structured resistance, learners work through carefully designed sculpting tasks that place demands on attention, planning, comparison, self-regulation, spatial reasoning, endurance, and other foundational cognitive processes.

A mediator-only companion for documenting the pilot. The sculpting work happens in the room, with the official printed materials.
